here is the tips of my fitness and bodybuilding and what's your???????

What kind of daily or weekly routine do you have?
My current routine looks like this:
Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Personal Trainer Session (he usually targets my shoulders and back due to a past rotator cuff injury)
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Chest and Biceps
Friday - Back
Saturday - Delts and Triceps
Sunday - Rest
I do 20 minutes of cardio every day (brisk walking, treadmill interval sprinting, ice-skating, stair climbing or rebounding), even on rest days.

BTW I based my workout techniques on a mixture between Kris Gethin's.

I'm the kind of person that once I get into a solid routine, I just want to keep going. I can have worked out for 4 days in a row without a break and will want to keep going. But I have to force myself to rest in order to let muscles repair properly for maximum strength and growth.

I now want to add in the Men's Health Spartacus Workout girl does Men's Health SPARTACUS Workout[/url]) somewhere into my weekly routine, because currently my gym workouts are all bodybuilding based and I want to do more muscle conditioning and fat loss).

What got you started or interested in doing this?
Used to be overweight at school, typical chubby computer nerd, so it was a bit health orientated, a bit personal image/confidence orientated and just a bit 'I'm sick of being overweight lol' orientated. I got initially inspired by a friend who made a really good transformation and lost a lot of weight.

What is your aim with it?
Initially it just started out as weight loss, but the more I got involved in - and learn about - the medical side of bodybuilding, I became fascinated with how muscles and the body works, and what defines a good healthy look etc.

The more I followed the top nutritionists and bodybuilders, the more inspired I got and now my focus is on becoming a bodybuilder in my spare time (don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to become the hulk, just enjoying packing on muscle and looking good).

What motivates you to keep going?
Well there are the basic facts such as that I'm getting MUCH more energy, sleeping better, got much better concentration, brain becoming more powerful and alert, and no more aches and pains when climbing stairs and doing every day tasks, of course the rest of the general health benefits and love the added activity to my daily/weekly routine.

I think one of the biggest and most rewarding motivations for me is when I meet up with friends that I went to school with only 2 years ago, they are generally astonished at my progress and transformation. It makes me feel really good.

I also used to play Ice-Hockey quite a bit when I was younger, but always struggled a bit from not being decently fit enough. I wouldn't mind playing again at a respectable level.

Feel free to post what you doing, or what you want to do
You don't have to fill out the whole questionnaire thing, I just used it because I knew if I didn't I would end up typing an essay.
